Nature Club: Interest List

  • 50 US dollars
  • Thurston County

Service Description

Join Nature Club! Let’s get outside to observe and enjoy God’s creation! Nature club will meet, rain or shine, for two hours once a month at a local park or nature reserve to learn about native environments and the plants and animals that live here. The goal of nature club is to increase students' understanding and appreciation of nature and to inspire them to learn more about our amazing earth. Our nature activities are appropriate for boys and girls between the ages of 7-12 and can include scavenger hunts, short hikes, nature journaling, using field guides for identification, science labs, and/or games. Come dressed appropriately for the weather and activities. We’ll provide all needed supplies. Parents are required to volunteer twice per session but are welcome to stay every week. Refund Policy: No refunds are provided. However, you may find a replacement student to gift your enrollment. Simply send us your replacement students' name and contact information and we will look forward to greeting the new student in classes. If you have questions, please contact Katy at
