When: 2 hours each Friday from 1:00pm-3:0000pm this Spring (April, May and or June). Each month is a 3-4 week long session see dates below): 

 

What: Fishing and Mountain Biking Club! We might bring some boats too in May and June.

 

Where: Millersylvania State Park boat launch picnic tables.

​

Who: Geared for age 5-18.  Drop off students must be 6 or older. Younger students may participate with parent supervision. We have equipment for all ages.

​

Details:

 

Depending on how many people enroll, we will split into two to three groups and rotate groups. Half of the participants will mountain bike while the others boat and or fish, then we will switch. Or enjoy more biking or more fishing depending on your interest and equipment availability each day!

 

Parents may stay on site and hang out, drop off (ages 6 and older), or participate! We will need adult volunteers to assist.

​

We will provide all of the equipment including top of the line Trek mountain bikes (bring your own helmet if you have one), fishing poles, and bait. Just show up with water, snacks, helmet, rain gear, and have some fun with friends each Friday! We play in the rain!

 

If participants including parents are 15 or older, they will need to purchase a fishing permit in advance.  These can be purchased at Walmart.

​Parents are invited to fish and bike with us!  We have all the equipment (including bikes).

Thanks to our bicycle supplier, Trek, we also provide beginner bikes with training wheels, balance bikes etc. that toddlers can try out with their parents supervision. This is a free opportunity as long as parents supervise their own children ages 4 and younger.
